He would talk to a girl and see a girl. He would not be looking for gold. It would not be cold. He wouldn't be working hard.
If Walt Masters did not live in the Yukon , there would not any snow. Also, there would not be any claims. And maybe he would not be able to talk to the Indians. And that is what I think will happen if Walt did not live in the Yukon.
