Agenda for the Week of April 28-May 2

Students at James Workman will begin taking the California State Tests on Tuesday. Testing will continue through Wednesday and Thursday. There will be no testing on Friday. Testing will resume Tuesday of next week. Sixth grade students will test in Language Arts on this Tuesday and Wednesday, and test in math this Thursday and next Tuesday. Good luck!

Monday: None.
Tuesday: If you did not finish your Circle Map to brainstorm ideas for why civilizations depended on a river, then do it tonight.
Wednesday: Finish your essay Tree Map
Thursday: Finish drafting your essay
Friday: Make corrections to your essay based on the suggestions from your peer-editor.
